ING Discerning Eye 2022

I’m very excited to say that my screenprint work ‘Waves #11’ has been selected for the 2022 ING Discerning Eye Exhibition.

The Discerning Eye is an annual show renowned for both its commitment to championing emerging artists and its unique curatorial approach. Works by lesser-known artists are hung alongside contributions from internationally recognised names.

This year the exhibition received entries from more artists than ever before. Out of 7,300 entries from 2,900 artists, 527 artworks by 359 artists were shortlisted for the exhibition by panel of six prominent art world figures – two artists, two collectors and two critics.

The 2022 panel comprises:

Alison Bevan – Director of the Royal West of England Academy
Gurinder Chadha – Film Director
Kate Enters – Director of ArtCan
Aindrea Emelife – Curator, Art Historian and Writer
David Ferry – Printmaker & President of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers
Ansel Krut – Painter

The exhibition is at the Mall Galleries, London from the 11 to 20 November.
